Certain rules have to adhered to for Japanese tea etiquette, these are listed below.
- Always be prompt for the tea ceremony
- Remove your shoea when entering your host's house. He may provide you with a pair of slippers.
- Make sure you drink all your tea and eat everything which is offered to you
- Do not drink tea from the front side so turn your cup of tea slightly to one side
- Smoking is usually a no no in th tea ceremony.
- For the tea ceremony great care and attention to fine detail like flowers and food have been carefully selected by your host and each has a special meaning. Treat all things with great respect and compliment your host. This is very important for the guest to do.
- After a few days have passed 2-3 days call or write a note to your host expressing your appreciation of the tea ceremony. This is known as korei or "thanking afterwards".

Orange spice white tea is a soothing drink which consists of a delicious blend of white Pai Mu Tan Tea, Citrus and spice. Pai Mu Tan tea is full of antioxidants making it a very healthy tea to drink. The tea is one of the least oxidised teas and is made from the buds of the tea plant a day before they unfurl. The tea is white which means it will have traces of caffeine. It also has orange peel, high in vitamin C, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
